Useful Documents
Harry and Rosemary Wong say the best teachers beg, borrow, and steal!
Behavior Plans
The following document is a Behavior Plan I have used with a student in my classroom this year.
Weekly Plan
Below is a copy of my weekly plan for this year. I like this set up because I just fill in the squares and it takes me less time to plan my week!

Reading Log
Below is a copy of the reading log I use with my 3rd grade students.
Standards Based Rubrics
Below are two examples of a rubric format I have used to assess my students. I break the assessment up into what goals each problem, or set of problems, covers and mark the students as secure in that goal, developing that goal, or needing reteaching in that goal. It works for any subject and it is much more informative to parents and to myself rather than a percentage score or a letter grade.
